My experience here was a dream come true in terms of buying a used car. My broker McKenzie Shepard was extremely helpful through the whole process and went out of her way to get me the best deal. When I arrived around 3:30pm I had a pre approved loan from my bank and my down payment ready to go. McKenzie took at look at things and thought that she would be able to find me a better rate through one of the banks they work with. I was skeptical but agreed to let her look and within a few minutes, she was able to find me a considerably better loan through Denver credit union and got me approved extremely quickly. All in all I first contacted her around 12pm. Came in at 3:30. And drove off the lot in my new vehicle by 5. I was extremely impressed by McKenzie and this whole business and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Denver area looking for a new or used vehicle!
