I have been in the auto industry for 18 years now (I started in September 2005) all with Centennial Leasing & Sales. I am very passionate about cars in general, and helping people find their next car and the excitement I can see in them, drives me! I take pride in the service I provide to my clients. I enjoy educating my clients regarding their auto interests and sharing my knowledge with them. I focus on giving them the information they need to make an informed decision. I think my clients enjoy that I am very low pressure and make the auto buying/leasing experience so simple and easy. I am a Colorado native. I was born in Boulder, and grew up in Parker. I attended Colorado State University (GO RAMS!) and graduated in 1993. I lived in Golden for 16 years. My family and I moved back to my hometown of Parker in 2019 and we love it!

John Thorpe
I have been interested in cars and motorcycles since I was young. I started with a mini bike at twelve. I started working at a Harley-Davidson dealership in 2008 and then at Centennial Leasing & Sales in 2016. I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and came to Colorado after high school. As a runner/office worker I have friends at the many offices I visit and here at Centennial. It's the people that make my day.

Tyler Sullivan
I am a Colorado Native, grew up in the Parker/Franktown area and graduated from Ponderosa High School. I have one amazing 21-year-old son, 6 brothers and sisters and an amazing family. I have been in the auto industry for over 26 years holding various roles as a Salesperson, Finance Manager, New Car Manager, Used Car Manager, General Sales Manager and now Auto Broker. After spending 20 years in dealerships, I wanted to find a place where I could still sell vehicles but do it the "right" way. I have absolutely found that here at Centennial Leasing & Sales. I can not only sell any make or model, new or used, but I can do it honestly, quickly and in the best interest of my clients. I have been at Centennial Leasing & Sales for 6 years now and could not be happier with the way I am able to take care of my clients. Not only have I developed some great relationships with incredible clients, but many have also become my friends.

When I am not finding the perfect vehicle for my clients I enjoy spending time in Breckenridge at my father’s cabin, beating my friends on the golf course, listening to live music and going to concerts, especially at Red Rocks.
Jason Sullivan
Jason is a Colorado native that has been in the car business for over 20 years. He started off selling Subaru's at a dealership but once he found out that it was possible to represent every make and model he was hooked. Jason loves taking care of his clients and being creative in helping them with their needs. He made a business decision 15 years ago to always do what is best for his clients no matter what it meant for him and ever since then his business has taken off.

Jason is an adventure enthusiast. He enjoys skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and off road motorcycling. He and his wife Kim of 23 years are most passionate about their kids though. His daughter is getting a nursing degree and his son will be playing lacrosse in college on the East Coast.
Jeff Snyder
Jeff Snyder was born near Atlantic City, NJ and moved to Littleton, CO in 1978. He graduated from Arapahoe High School and after 2 1/2 years at UNC Greeley, he transferred back to Denver to graduate from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. Following 4 years at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, he returned to Denver and spent nearly 15 years in the Financial Services industry working for Janus Capital and TIAA as a Wealth Management Advisor. Jeff was a client of Centennial Leasing & Sales for over 8 years (and knew it was the only way to buy a car) before joining the organization in 2012. Jeff believes in providing outstanding customer service to his clients and advises them on the best way to purchase or lease their vehicle based on their situation, family dynamics, and long/short term goals. Jeff has established a strong client base with many repeat and referral business because he is their friend in the car business.

Kelly Shoultz
I started working at Centennial Leasing & Sales in 2011 and I love helping people find the right car that fits their personal & financial needs. I'm from Parker Colorado and I have lived in Colorado my whole life.
My favorite part about my job is having the ability to connect people with the right vehicle to fulfill their personal, financial, and recreational needs. Everyone needs a friend in the car business and I like to be that guy! My clients love me because I take the headache out of buying and leasing cars. I learned a long time ago that by treating people right, listening to their needs, and staying true to your word, clients will reach out when they or anyone they know needs a car. This is a relationship business and helping and treating people right is the best way to build great relationships.

Morrie Shepard
I started in the auto business as a salesman when I was 21 because my job as a ski instructor in Aspen came to an end, in the spring. A great friend, to this day, offered me a job selling Fords and almost 50 years later, here I am. My career included representing brands like Ford, Chevrolet, Porsche, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo and Mazda. I also worked in other industries including PaineWebber from 1987 to 1990 as an Investment Executive, and I founded Impact Systems, Inc., a CRM consulting firm, which I owned from 1995 to 2010.
At Centennial Leasing & Sales I am able to fully utilize all of my knowledge and experience, to help people, really enjoy their buying and leasing experience. I am very grateful for my loyal clients and their referrals and grateful for a company like Centennial that provides the foundation and support to help and care for people, as we do. We are a family that pulls together for each other, again and again unlike any other organization! I trust, respect and enjoy the people in this company to the extent that I have brought my oldest daughter McKenzie onboard to assist and take over my business. My favorite moments away from the office include enjoying the many outdoor opportunities that my home state of Colorado offers. Skiing, camping, fishing, hunting, shooting, four wheeling, cooking, grilling, gardening, hiking, great Mexican restaurants and so much more. The best times are spent with my amazing daughters, McKenzie and Meredith! One of our favorite traditions is to go to the mountains every November and cut our Christmas tree, making a day of it with a campfire and grilled brats. McKenzie Shepard
I am fairly new to the auto industry, but have been exposed to it my entire life by my dad, Morrie, who is also a consultant on the CLS team. After a successful but brief career in the hospitality industry, my dad convinced me to come work with him in 2022. I started off as his assistant but I am now working alongside my dad as his partner and loving every minute of it! I am passionate about helping young individuals, specifically women, feel confident in their car buying decisions.
I love being an auto broker at CLS because it allows me to change the narrative surrounding buying a car and reframe the stereotype of a typical car salesman. The car buying process can be a stress-free and seamless experience; this is what I provide for my clients and why they continue to work with me and send referrals my way. My clients love my honesty, compassion, and realism. The best part of this job is the fact that it does not feel like work. It is a privilege to be a part of such an amazing auto organization!

Wes Shanahan
Wes started at Centennial Leasing & Sales and in the automotive industry in March of 2020. After years of pursuing career paths in industries that he wasn't passionate about, he decided to marry his passion of everything automotive with his career. The freedom of owning his own business while joining the amazing team at Centennial Leasing & Sales was too enticing to ignore. Wes now gets to spend his time helping people navigate their vehicle purchase or lease so that they have their BEST car buying experience. Wes grew up in small-town Iowa and moved to Colorado right after high school graduation. He married a Colorado native and they have an amazing little girl. When not in the office, Wes is spending as much time as he can with his girls and their happy border collie mix. His clients appreciate his thoroughness, attention to detail, and most of all, how easy he makes the entire process.

Jamie Seger
Growing up in Detroit Michigan is where the car passion began for me. 35 years ago I sold my first car and a few years later I decided to move to Colorado and continue car sales. For the past 12 years I have been a member of Centennial Leasing and Sales. I joined team Centennial for there care for the customer rather a dollar for the dealer. Through the years I have enjoyed working with clients and I'm proud of the service I provide.

I love spending time with family, especially my son and daughter who are active in college and high school sports. In my free time I enjoy walking my three labs, bike riding and paddle boarding.
Cory Schroeder
I'm lucky enough to be one of the consultants here, who started with Centennial as a CUSTOMER! I was purchasing vehicles here, for years, and decided to take the plunge as a salesman back in 2012. I've always been in love with cars - driving them, playing around with them, modding them, etc etc. I also happen to have a love of helping people, and have the reputation of being an all-around people person; my sales career here has been nothing short of a perfect match for those two passions! I love the fact that I get to be surrounded by cool cars, AND have the ability to help my customers navigate the car buying experience. I pride myself on making it fun and easy, and it's one of the reasons that I have grown a book of business that not only feels like family but continues coming back to me year after year for their automotive needs. I wouldn't be in the car business if I wasn't part of the Centennial Leasing and Sales family. We have the tools at our disposal, to truly give our customers a unique and straightforward experience.

I do my best to carry the mantle of the most "okayest golfer ever" (as evidenced by the t-shirt my sister gave me). Denver Broncos Football is in my blood! I'm a professional Karaoke-er, and more often than not you'll find me singing in my office while I work. I love the mountains (Grand Lake is home), and have been adding stamps to my passport whenever possible!
Peter J. Schramm
I am a native to Colorado, born in Littleton and have lived all over the metro area, settling down in Castle Rock Colorado with my wife and our two dogs. I was born into the auto industry as my family owned a franchise dealership for over 40 years in Aurora Colorado. My father was a salesman at Colorado dealerships for over 37 years. Growing up, I wanted nothing to do with the car business and went to school to become a police officer. When I saw the way that brokering worked, I was immediately drawn to it. Being able to run my car business the way that I want to, making personal relationship with my clients, and being their only point of contact point from start to finish, offering an alternative to the daunting task of buying a car was attractive to me. I was mentored for several years by some of the top producers at Centennial Leasing and Sales in the early 2000s, after that, it was clear to me that Centennial Leasing and Sales was the perfect environment for me to grow my business and still feel the same way today.

Kurt Schlaefer
Kurt Schlaefer joined Centennial Leasing & Sales in 1995. Prior to Joining the Centennial team, Kurt owned a Packaging Store for 8 years & prior to that was a US Air Force Pilot for 13 years. Kurt is driven by meeting new people and solving customer vehicle problems, ultimately meeting their needs without interference or bias to sell specific inventory. Kurt is originally from Lincoln, NH and has 7 siblings. He graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1970 and flew F-111's during the Vietnam & Cold War. Kurt has been married to his wife Joan since 1970. He has two children & two grandchildren.

Mitzy Sarabia
Meet Mitzy, the Business Manager at Centennial Leasing & Sales. She joined the Centennial family in 2021 and has quickly become an essential member of the team. I have been with Centennial Leasing & Sales since 2002. I'm passionate about helping my clients with any and all of their automotive needs! I started at Centennial as soon as I could drive. I then went to College in Boston and came right back and have never left. I'm a Colorado Native.
I love being an Auto Broker because of all the amazing people I get to know while helping them with their automotive needs. My favorite part is getting to know them through all the stages of their lives, from getting them their first vehicle to getting their children their first.
My clients keep coming back and sending me their Friends and Family because if they need anything related to their vehicles or otherwise, I'm always here! My clients love me because if they call at 10 pm on a Sunday, I'll answer!

Erick Rogers
I am a Colorado native who grew up in West Denver and attended Green Mountain High School. My family owned Gordo’s Mexican Food Restaurant in Lakewood. I grew up in the industry and spent my early professional career working in the family business. My love of cars started at an early age. When I was six, my parents purchased a go kart for my birthday and I have been hooked on motor sports ever since. My dad and I would attend races all over the area and he sponsored a World of Outlaws sprint car for many years. Pikes Peak International Hill Climb and Mile High Nationals at Bandimere (RIP) were annual events for us.
After leaving the restaurant industry, I went to work in hospitality adjacent fields but was never passionate about what I was doing. I decided it was time to follow my passion and get into the automotive industry and started my new career path with another established Colorado brokerage company. After several years there, I moved to Centennial Leasing & Sales where I have been since. Similar to many brokers here at Centennial, my experience began as a client. I was always impressed by their consultative approach to car buying and the ease of their process.
I truly love being an auto broker. Seeing the look on my clients faces when they take delivery of their new car is extremely gratifying. Having the industry knowledge to be an automotive consultant who helps to guide people through a process that many people do not enjoy is what keeps me coming back every day. I earn a great deal of repeat and referral business because of my ability to simplify the process for my clients. Listening to their needs and being communicative throughout the buying process has earned me a loyal base who know when they need anything car-related they only have to make one phone call.

Being a Colorado native, skiing is of course one of the many ways my family and I enjoy our free time. We also enjoy spending time at our community pool and when we travel there is almost always a beach and ocean involved when it's not ski season. I am very passionate about my Denver sports teams and athletics in general. I have an 11 year old son named Jack and a 9 year old daughter named Liliana who both enjoy sports and being outdoors. I have been married to my wife, Michela now for 15 years. We live in Ken Caryl where we absolutely enjoy the amenities and have formed a great community of friends and neighbors.
Vic Rodriguez
I joined Centennial Leasing & Sales in 2011. I began working in the auto industry in 1989 in Torrance, California . I have been a problem solver and a voice of reason in the ever evolving industry and assisted in their new or used car needs for the last 13 years. I have been married to my wife Kelly since 1997 and have 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren.

Drew Parysz
I am a long time car guy and have been in the business for almost 20 years. My first job in the auto industry was as a lot porter at an Acura dealership in New Jersey during the summer months in college. I loved the excitement of new cars coming off the truck and new cars being handed over to their new owners. As a lifelong car guy, observing the business at a young age sold me on what I wanted to do. Since then, I have been a direct manager for two automotive OEMs and as a regional manager for a digital automotive marketing company. What does that mean? It means I’ve stepped foot in a lot of dealerships across the country but more importantly, I’ve learned a lot from those businesses. The positive insights taken from the conversations I’ve had and processes I’ve witnessed ensures my clients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve when purchasing a new vehicle. My wife and I have called Highlands Ranch, Colorado ‘home’ since October 2020 and are joined by our Bernedoodle, Max. I joined Centennial Leasing & Sales a few months later and haven’t looked back since! I love meeting new clients and helping them along their journey. One of my favorite aspects of being a broker is being able to sell all makes and models; I continually learn about new products from each company but better yet, it allows me to help my clients make an informed decision. Not having a specific brand to focus on ensures that my clients pick the make and model that is right for them, not me. My clients appreciate my timely communication, candid opinions and transparency during the process. Rick Parietti joined our organization in 2007. Rick has been in the auto broker / management business for 29 years, he now helps many clients with their vehicles as our Inventory manager.

Tim O’Connor
I am originally from a small suburb southwest of Chicago (Lombard, IL) and moved to Colorado in 1977. I graduated from Bear Creek High School in 1986 After High School, I attended a trade school learning to be an automotive and diesel mechanic. I started with Centennial Leasing & Sales in July 1997 (26 years) This is the only place to lease and sell vehicles. What I love about working at Centennial is we have the ability to help our clients with Any Make, Any Model...New or Used. We give our clients unbiased and expert advice which helps them determine which vehicle will suit their needs the best. Once we have identified and located the right vehicle, we work with our vast network of banks and Credit Unions to secure the best Lease or Finance deal. I have been very blessed with my career here at Centennial...I worked the front lines in Sales for 21 years and then transitioned into Management. I took over as General Manager for our In-house Leasing Company in 2018 and in 2020 took on the roles of President for Centennial Leasing Inc. and General Manager of Centennial Leasing & Sales.

When I am not here at the office I enjoy spending time with my wife Shelly and grown children. I enjoy playing Golf, and Kayaking local lakes and large calm rivers. One of my favorite past times is relaxing on a beach soaking in the ocean and sun.
Sean O’Connor
Sean O'Connor, a native of Littleton, Colorado, embodies a passion for cars that runs deep within his roots. Born and raised in the automotive environment, Sean's journey in the industry began alongside his father, who is now the General Manager of Centennial Leasing & Sales. This early exposure instilled in Sean a profound appreciation for the intricacies of the trade and ignited his love for automobiles. A product of Dakota Ridge High School, Sean pursued his higher education at Metro State University while concurrently interning at Centennial, where he served as an assistant to the esteemed, Mike Asarch. During his tenure at Centennial, Sean gained invaluable insights into the nuances of the automotive market and honed his skills under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. In 2019, Sean embarked on a new chapter in his career, joining Urban Lights in Denver as a Lighting Consultant. Started in the auto industry in 2009 and from my passion for cars and always visiting my buddy's at their dealerships to see their cool inventory, they said that I should become a salesman. Made the transition to auto broker in 2023 with CLS. I am a Colorado Native and was born and raised on the southeast side of the Metro area. Being an auto broker is amazing since we are able to help client with almost every brand in new or used. Then to eliminate all the headache of dealing with a dealer and paperwork. So my clients come back to see me because I'm transparent on everything so they trust me to always have their best interest. I have been in the auto industry for 41 years. I am passionate about cars and motorcycles and all of the progressions involving the car business. I traveled all over the world with nine siblings as a military family. My father was a base commander in the Air Force. We came to Colorado in 1970 and I have been here ever since. I love being a CLS broker as there is no other automobile consultant facility anywhere in the country that provides the service to clients that we do. The favorite part of my job is the staff that I work with and the amazing clients I deliver vehicles to. There is nothing like knowing that you've gone beyond a client's expectations. I get repeat and referral business mostly based on the relationships I build with my clients. My clients become family and this goes way beyond the vehicle I have found for them.

In June of 2023 I will have been a consultant here @ Centennial Leasing & Sales for 20 years with just a couple of years with Land Rover before that. Everyday brings a new challange and opportunity for myself and my clients with no two days being alike. The fact that my clients come from all walks of life and have all different needs is what I love most about being here.
I moved to Boulder in the summer of 1967 when I was just a bratty little kid of 2. I grew up there and and for the most part I have been able to call Colorado my home since.
My father was an artist but also a lover of cars. He admired the style, the design, the materials, and the overall craftmanship that it took to make them. He had a keen eye for them and I would like to think he passed that passion on to my brother and myself. Personally, I have had over 150 cars (Honey, it followed me home...can I keep it) and being here at Centennial has allowed me to constantly be on the lookout for both my clients and myself for what might be the next option.
Many of my clients call me their "Car Guy" as I usually have an answer to just about any car related question they may have or a source for their needs. For me it goes beyond the sale but extends to solving their issues no matter the source. Many of my clients start with one car and now their entire family, generations of drivers are all part of the Centennial Family.

When I am not in the office or out showing and delivering cars I love to explore the glorious outdoors Colorado ( or just about anywhere out West) has to offer. Biking, Hiking, Jeeping, Camping, Skiing, Snoshoeing, Sailing, Scuba Diving, Flying, and Travel are some of the things that fill my life. My wife is an ardent traveller and when time permits I am lucky enough to join her on some of her work trips that take her all over the globe. I am truly blessed to have these opportunities and cannot imagine working anyplace else or with anyone other than my Centennial family.

I have been in the Auto Industry since 2001. I started my career with Manheim Auctions where I was there for 14 years before moving to the retail side of the Car business.
In 2016 I Joined Centennial Leasing & Sales of Northern Colorado before transferring to Centennial Leasing & Sales Englewood in 2021.
I am a rare breed being a Colorado Native.
I absolutely love being a part of the CLS Team in my opinion there is no better place to be when working on the retail side of the car business. It is truly like a family around here. We laugh, cry, argue, cutup etc. just like growing up with my siblings. In the end we all find time to hang out with each others families, camp together and so on. We even band together when one of our own are sick or going through life changes. Nobody does it like us. CLS gives me autonomy that I don't think you could get anywhere else to do what I need to make my clients happy.
I'm lucky enough to build awesome relationships with my clients on more of a personal level not just a "here is your car, good luck". My clients come back time and time again and even send the people they know to me. A good portion of my clientele are good old American blue collar workers, Doctors, Lawyers an so on with a few Professional Athletes sprinkled in the middle. With me it doesn't matter if your buying a $20,000 car or a $250,000 car, I give everyone the same exact Red Carpet service as if you were buying a $1,000,000 car. Its the second biggest investment for most people and sometimes the 1st so it needs to be respected as such.

Sundays I have family/Friends over for dinner. Anyone is invited as I'm really big on cooking, I LOOOOOVE to cook so I'm always making or testing some kind of meal. While im cooking they usually kick back a couple cocktails, talk and watch whatever sports happen to be on TV. In my NOT SO spare time I'm either at a ball field watching my son play baseball or my daughter playing softball. If you know you know. But on the super rare chance I'm not at their sports I'm either wrenching on or driving my 1969 GTO Convertible. I love to just drop the top and cruise.

I have been in the auto industry since October 1997, and joined Centennial Leasing & Sales in 2009. I was born in Iowa City and have been in Colorado since I was 3 weeks old (1960 but I don't remember this) Growing up in Boulder County and living in Broomfield since 1991.

I joined the Centennial team in late 2019. It took me a while to discover what I was meant to do, but I finally made it here. I am passionate about cars and people so why not combine the two. My favorite part about being an Automotive Consultant is how happy my clients are when they leave in their new ride. I always take a picture of them with their car before they drive off so that I can remember that smile and the excitement and even if it's not a new car, it's a new car to them.
I am a Colorado native and actually grew up across Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village. I haven't strayed too far from Colorado, even went to UNC up in Greeley. After College I spent almost two decades working in the food & beverage/hospitality industry until finding my home here at Centennial Leasing & Sales.

My husband and I love to work in our yard and garden. I love to travel, play golf, play volleyball and attend live music concerts. My favorite band is Widespread Panic, but Billy Strings is really starting to move up in the ranks. We have a mini sheepadoodle and have fallen madly in love with Ralphie (from the movie A Christmas Story). You could say we have a passion for holidays as we decorate our house like crazy. I grew up in Chicago where my father ran a body shop and a gas station/repair facility. I have always been a kid that loved tinkering with cars, so I went to school for auto mechanics and fell into my first job doing "mobile car inspections". Shortly there after I bought that business and ran it for several years before getting into selling aftermarket auto products to Dealers in the Chicagoland area. I moved to Denver in 2003 where I landed my first Auto sales job and have been Brokering ever since. I love the challenge of helping my Clients find the vehicles of their dreams. I joined Centennial Leasing & Sales in 2002. Helping people has always been my greatest joy and cars became just an extension of my desire. I have always loved puzzles so helping people figure out what situation fits their budget, circumstance, and lifestyle seemed to be a good fit. That is what drives me. I was raised in Philadelphia and moved to New York for a few years which is where I met my wife Linda...she is my best friend and partner for life. We moved to Colorado in 1990 to start a life together which has proven to be a great adventure. After 20+ years I can truly say my greatest accomplishment has been the clients I have met that have become lifelong friends. Not only my clients but my coworkers have become an extended family. The trust and confidence my clients put in me every time they come back is something I don't take lightly. In the world we’re in there are many choices and the fact that so many continue to put their trust in me for their financial decision is something I take great pride in.

After growing up in Nebraska and spending a short stint in New York Jerry and I moved to the Denver area in 1990 and have enjoyed life here ever since. I was born and raised in Champaign, IL. Home of the University of Illinois and the Fighting Illini. I remain a loyal fan to this day! It’s hard to beat Big 10 football! After opening the first Acura dealership in the state of Colorado in 1985, I joined the team at Centennial Leasing & Sales - and I’ve been here ever since. 1989 marked the beginning of a career that has been not only fulfilling but enjoyable and fun in all ways. I have been working at Centennial Leasing & Sales for a little over 5 1/2 years. I was client of Centennial's for 14 years prior to becoming a consultant. I have always had a love for vehicles and have purchased and leased many in my years. Once I experienced the best auto buying experience with Centennial I was a client for life.
